Great organic potting soil.
This potting soil has no fertilizer which is what I wanted. You have to layer the soil and then sprinkle with watering can and then mix the soil with your hands to moisten it. I did this several times so that it was moist when I transplanted an Amaryllis bulb.

Disappointed and disgusted
I started a lot of tomato seedlings from seed this year, like I've done for at least 6 years now. I usually give away 50+ plants ready to be planted outside. I pretty much always use Espoma seed starting soil and then transplant into Espoma potting mix. Seeds germinated fine this year and grew well in the seed starting soil. Transplanting into larger containers with this Espoma potting mix went well at first, but then I started noticing a lot of gnats, so I hung up several yellow sticky traps. Trapped a lot of gnats, but when the seedlings were about two inches tall, they began falling over, level with the soil line. Not talking about one or two plants here, but 30 or 40. The stem at soil level was like a single strand of hair and had basically rotted away. Have never had this problem with Espoma potting mix before then I read reviews from others who also had gnat problems with Espoma potting mix purchased from this vendor. Of the 80 tomato seedlings I started from seed, about 15 have survived, but they aren't in good shape either. I will never purchase from this vendor again and most likely will do all my soil shopping locally from now on.

Easy to use!
It is not suitable for indoor use. After a week, there are many small flying insects in the pot. I can't buy another mosquito lamp, but the plants are growing well! It is only suitable for outdoor use, not indoor use!

Bugs
It’s okay, I guess it’s normal for the soul to have bugs so I got rid of the bugs before I put my plants into the soil.
