Piss poor winch
I installed it one day came on by itself that night by itself. It ran in reverse tore up the bearings and tangled the road so bad couldn’t untangle it. Threw it in the trash wound not suggest anyone to buy it I purchased a USA Dutton winch should be here on the 30 th.

Misleading description. Lack of capacity.
The description states that it can pull a boat weighing 3500 pounds, but mine weights only 1500 pounds and cannot pull the boat at all. The description is misleading and wastes my time and money.

Powerful 2000 lbs Winch
Attention should be paid when placing an order: With a rated line pull of 2000 lbs., a marine-rated line pull of 5000 lbs, it’s perfect for handling demanding tasks like towing boats, trailers, and other heavy loads (power-in operation only).

Very poor quality winch and poor service.
The rope was very fragile and broke quickly just towing a small boat. I suspect the materials are very cheap. The winch burned out within 20 minutes of pulling the boat. I will not buy this product again. Returning it is very troublesome.
