I have a long crease from the corner of my mouth almost down to my chin-I am not sure if I need the lip lifts, or the corner patches-which one?

How long does it last?

There are a couple of answers here. I notice that the lines between my brows ('elevens') are not as pronounced after a year of frownies. Yes, they help for a short amount a time. However, I think they will help the wrinkles from getting worse.

Can these be used above eyelids?

Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend them they didn't stay on.
