was not easy to install. Couldn't find any video, the instructions are slim to none. Took me a day to install, but the motion is smooth, very happy with the result.BTW, I am an experienced DIYer, would not recommend for an average DIYer to embark on it. Hire someone who knows what they do.

Great hinge, but intended for professional use. If you are a homeowner making a secret bookcase door (as most of us seem to be with this hinge), be aware that you will need to do careful routing/chiseling to install the top hinge into the jamb.Regardless, if you do your homework and plan carefully you can do great things with this. Minus one star because the cover plate somehow worked it's way loose on mine and interfered with the door opening - which required me to remove a piece of trim to fix. Maybe a spot of blue loctite next time...

These are the real heavy duty hinges suitable for pantry or hidden wall project. If you need heavy duty, pony up with the big $ and buy this hinge.

Excellent quality -- thick steel. Be prepared to spend lots of time planning, measuring, and carefully routering.
