I purchased this bottle after learning about the risks of drinking from plastic bottles daily. Glass bottles are more resistant to chemical leaching and hosting bacteria so I did some research and wanted to try this one. I did really like the bottle, it was easy to clean and the strap on the cap was strong. I was worried at first that the strap would break, but I didn't have any issues there. I did, however, accidentally knock it off my counter JUST after the 30 day return window on Amazon. :( I was super bummed, but when I was getting ready to throw the bottle out (in its original box) I found the "Care and User Guide" card which states that if the bottle is accidentally broken within the first 90 days of purchase, they'll happily replace it. I emailed the company and provided a screenshot of my purchase. They replied and asked that I provide a picture of the broken bottle (luckily I hadn't thrown it away yet) and my shipping information. Within two days, they sent an email saying my replacement bottle had been shipped and would arrive within 2-3 days. I'm so happy I saw the card before throwing it out! I'm looking forward to enjoying my water bottle again and will be sure to keep it away from ledges!

I use for my greens and electrolytes. Works brilliantly. I think it's a good size. Easy cap. No leaks.

I like the glass & protector concept and the way it look, but unfortunately it's no stable. I bought this for my elderly mother for her medicine table & it has fallen off the table because the protecting rubber makes it flimsy. Too bad I couldn't return it due to return close window.

Took silicone sleeve off to wash bottle. After putting it back on, it no longer sits sturdy. No longer able to use sleeve.

Used it for a while now and so far no issues. Leaks proof and doesn't change the taste of liquids. The rubber cover does good job protecting the glass.
