Used these cartridges with a Kaiser Chef whipped cream dispenser for homemade whipped cream and nitrous cold brew coffee. Cartridge was easy to screw on/screw off and fit as expected. The gas added nice volume to the whipped cream and coffee with no impact on taste. We put the whipper in the fridge for about a week, using it several times, and the gas was consistent. I believe the cartridges are meant for one-time use, meaning that you cannot install/uninstall/reinstall it, but you get enough of them that it is good value for the money.

Tried these whipped cream chargers for the first time with my standard dispenser, and everything worked as expected. The cartridge punctured cleanly, and the cream came out with no issues. I used it to make whipped cream for my espresso, and while it may have been slightly over whipped, I’m not sure if that was due to the charger or just my technique. Either way, the texture was smooth and held up nicely. Overall, I’m happy with the results and would use them again.

I have an "iSi Gourmet Whip" which I use mainly for whipped cream. The only problem I encountered was my own fault: if the whipper is NOT sealed correctly, it won't work no matter what brand charger you use. With correct sealing, IT WORKS JUST AS WELL as the brand name and it is much more economical! Don't buy cans of whipped cream: get a reusable whipper--and these cartridges.
