Great coffee machine! Easy to use, fast, and makes delicious coffee. Compact size and easy to clean. A bit noisy, but overall worth it.

I’m so happy with my Ethniq Turkish Coffee Maker. The coffee tastes just like the traditional one I used to make on the stove, but this is much easier and quicker. The design is beautiful and the automatic shutoff is so helpful. I use it every morning and love it!

If there were an award for the most disappointing product ever invented, this machine would win by a landslide — though it would probably break before accepting the trophy. I bought this ETHNIQ Turkish Coffee Maker with high hopes and dreams of smooth, authentic Turkish coffee. Instead, I got betrayal in appliance form. From day one, it behaved like it was haunted — sputtering, overheating, and shutting off at random like it was tired of existing. The “Cook Sense Technology” apparently means it senses when you’re happy and immediately ruins it. Let’s talk about build quality. It feels like it was made from recycled soda bottles and broken promises. The buttons stick, the pot leaks, and the smell it produces is something between burnt plastic and despair. Every time I used it, I half expected it to burst into flames just to put itself out of its misery.

Easy to use, good taste and quality material. No need to buy the expensive alternatives.

I’m not happy with the size of the carafe.. when you make 3 or 4 cups it boil’s over every time. If they made the carafe taller it would not make a mess then I would give it 4 or 5 stars because it makes the coffee nicely.

This is one of the worst purchases I have made. The first machine was defective, and Amazon sent a replacement — which is also broken. The coffee comes out cold, the machine stops randomly, and it often doesn’t brew Turkish coffee at all. What makes this worse is having to go through the entire return process twice — packing the item, finding time, and sending it back again — for a product failure that is clearly not the customer’s fault. This was purchased through a business account, and I relied on this machine daily. Instead of convenience, it has been nothing but frustration and wasted time. Completely unreliable. Poor quality control. Do not recommend at all.
