This was perfect, it got my A14 5G working properly again, this and a new screen, and job done! no insurance claim! It came with all the tools needed, the screw drivers are great, the spudger stick...Sadly the spudger stick is something of a one time use tool, the one you see on top in the images are from a 2008 imac repair, I use it almost everyday! I don't like wasting things! lolBut, this battery is working great, charges to 100% and isn't draining like crazy. These are super simple phones to work on, they simply clip together! The media could not be loaded. This new battery replacement for my old Samsung Galaxy A51, worked great, with the supplied repair tools. This A51 is now used primarily to download Kid's Apps, so I don't have to use my primary phone, for the grandkids, when they are allowed 'electronic time'.A battery by itself is useless, unless you have the tools to open the well-sealed phone case to access the battery. I did have to buy an inexpensive heat gun, which is used to soften and loosen the seal. That took me about 30 minutes of careful work, so as not to break the glass back cover. After that, everything else is in this kit. My video shows the dismantled phone. The battery itself is glued pretty securely, which took some time getting it free. The battery started recharging immediatlely, and is holding its charge.I liked the challenge of trying to give new life to an unused phone, and it worked!
