This steam cap is great. I use it when I deep condition my hair. It's a little large for my head but it gets the job done.

I bought this heating cap because I have natural type 4 grey hair. I needed to be able to deep condition my hair to promote growth where I am experiencing hair lost. It is too expensive to visit the salon often. I have used it once already and it works just like when I go to the salon. I love the multiple heating settings, and the different colors choices. The outer cap can be removed for cleaning. I love the sturdy quality of the materials. It fits perfectly. I will be using very often. I am happy with my purchase. It’s just like doing a deep condition at the salon! It’s very moisturizing and convenient. Now, it does look a bit funny on but it works really well. The cap is light and the heat makes you want to fall right to sleep. It’s been through 2-3 washes so far and it seems like it will last a while. It also fits all of my hair which says a lot.

Upon receiving the item, I did think it looked kind of cheap. I used it for twenty minutes to deep condition my hair on the highest level. It didn’t get hot enough to be intolerable but it did the job. I noticed a difference in my hair upon rinsing it. I had used the same conditioner previously with no heat. The heated cap absolutely made a difference. I’m satisfied with the purchase.
