Excellent, my daughter just finished the school year and the bag is perfect. If I want ready for another year.

Adorable back pack, only one small down side
So far the bag looks to be made well. It also came with an unexpected surprise of a lunch box! The roller mechanism seems durable and the sparkle wheels have made my daughter so happy. The only negative I can see so far is the lunch box attachment. Apparently, the lunch box is supposed to clip on to the front of the bag but, unfortunately the clips don’t work and it just falls off. I included a picture above. Not a problem with my daughter as she wasn’t expecting a lunch box and usually carries hers anyway. I would exchange it and I’m sure they would be very helpful but we don’t have time before she needs it for school. I would still recommend!

It did not comply with everything that was shown in the images
Nice design, good quality. I returned it because the lunch bag had to fit outside the backpack and that didn't work, when I tried to fit it, it fell out again and again.

I regretted the purchase.
It's not like the photo. I regretted the purchase. The lunch box sometimes drags on the floor. When stopping, the lunch box comes into contact with the floor, leaving it dirty. It started to tear after the second time of use.
