Is this a flat rectangle? I'm looking for a cheap projector screen material. Are the corners made in such a way that's it's specifically for a table?

Not sure I understand. The corners are rounded, not squared. The cloth will lay flat, though. It is a horrible item. Mine came so wrinkled and I washed & dried it several times trying different ways to get the wrinkles out. I only gave it a one star and would have given it zero if I could have.

Does this go to the ground on a standard 8 foot table?

The size of a standard 8 foot table is 30*96in.Our table cloth's size is 90*132,It means it will drop 30*18in.May be will not go to the ground on a standard 8 foot table.

my table size is 60x82. It is 60 inch round with 22 inch extension. Is 90x132 the best size for my table or do you have something better fitting?

If you have a round table don’t buy this it’s for a rectangle

Can the edge be cut without having to hem it? (My 30x72 table is 29" high not 30"+ so too material much hits the floor)

If you do not want to hem the cut edge you can get a product called fray stop which is a liquid that 'seals' the fibers in place where you have made the cut.
