Arrived within 2 days, no shipping fees for Prime Members. I did have it professionally put together at a bike store. He was very impressed with the bike quality, features, and the price. I did order the 24" tires as I am a shorter woman. Color is awesome. It came with a bottle holder on the frame + a cargo net type bag to attach on the back rack. Headlight is a great feature and the back rear light does light up when you use the brakes. Only thing to get used to is that the basket is stationery forward when you turn the handlebars it stays straight unlike my other basket that was attached to the front fork and turned with the front tire in the direction you are going. But I think I will get used to it. Easy to remove the battery when needed. Love it so far!

I was super excited about this bike. But when I received it, it had a dent in the fender and I could not get a replacement for it nor could I return it without going through the manufacturer I would love to just have a new fender other than that, I have enjoyed the bike. It’s very pretty and we love taking it on our camping trips so the only reason I did a three star is because of indented fender.

When order came in the handlebar was bent even though was wrapped perfectly and best received of any shipment. I contacted seller and within 24 hours they shipped me a new handlebar. This is a company that stands behind their products and for that alone I would buy from them again. Things happen when shipped overseas. Bike arrived exactly on day said it would. Bike is beautiful. I got the sky blue ebike.UPDATE MARCH 2 2025: The handlebar never came to replace the totally bent bar in shipping. Have been begging for a date when I will receive and alI I get is “the factory is out”. I’ve asked repeatedly when they will be ready to ship and for weeks answer repeats “will ship when get more made”. I find hard to believe complete shut down of all bikes being made due to handlebars when Mooncool ships world wide and no company can stop selling and survive. Tarrifs are coming Tuesday March 4 and worried won’t get period.UPDATE MARCH 4, 2025: The handlebar finally shipped and gave me a free helmet plus $30 so they are back to 5 STAR! Always order and only order anything that has direct seller contact who is verified to reply immediately or within 24 hrs. Had I not been able to contact direct I never would have recovered a new handlebar.Update MARCH 20,2025: Mooncool sending a BRAND NEW BIKE to replace original bike that we couldn’t get fixed. This will totally fix all the issues. Wow! Blown away.

This product is very well manufactured. It came together very easily. The parts I had to put on head directions that were easy to follow. This bike has a lot of power and it came with a lot of tools in case I have a breakdown. It also came with a front rack and a back rack as well as the rear and front fenders. Easy to assemble. Bought for daughter to go back and forth to work roughly 4 miles away. Loves color (mint blue), rides great, says it's plenty fast and she can use it for her shopping and for work. No complaints so far. Super comfortable, stylish, and seems sturdy and well built. Will update along the way.

Seems like a great bike! My son in law is very knowledgeable about and rides his in the mountains, only pedal, thought it was a good product! Will know more in spring

So far so good. I've been using the bike for a few weeks and have gone about 23 miles so far. The paint on the body arrived damaged. The company reimbursed me for paint to repair it. Fingers crossed that goes well. The ride is very smooth. I find the transition between regular bike riding, pedal assist and the throttle easy and natural now. This bike has enabled me to go more places because I can tackle the bigger hills now. I love that!I'm not a confident biker, so I get nervous when trying to cross an intersection where cars are waiting on me. I fumble with the pedals a lot as a result. The throttle means I smoothly start and and can quickly cross the road on full power and then start peddling. I like the added safety of the brake light on the back of the bike too.The low step thru as been all I'd hoped for in making bike entry and hopping off the seat to stand very easy. The beach cruiser style has also been a big win. I appreciate sitting up straighter and putting less pressure on my hands as a result as I ride.My only concern is that I wish the headlight was brighter when I'm riding at night. Not enough to drop a star for certain, but I'll probably invest in a brighter light for safety.
