Great box! You do have to put it together but it wasn’t too bad

So far seems like a good purchase. Put together pretty fast

Overall a great deck box. Its waterproof, it looks good, the box is sturdy once assembled, the hydrolic hinges work easily, keep lid open & it closes securely in place. I did place it against the house under the eave, but it would have been fine anywhere. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 was the pathetic assembly directions (print was faded in booklet and page 1/2 were accurate, but page 3 was not correct, we found that 'D' gets put on last & it fits inside the frame of the full box to be able to clip it in place. (opposite what the diagram said) we put it on the deck, then both of us, simultaneously snapped it all down. the hydralic hinges (diagram was unreadable) we would align, then alternate the tightening of the screws so as to not tweak the plastic frame & get equal tightening on all screws. I would still recommend buying it, just have your patience hat on, and think creatively when working with "D" (which is the bottom). The sides & lid snapped easily, a slight rocking motion at times & a firm hand when snapping. Took us about 15-20 minutes.

This is a very nice light weight deck box. I refinished our deck last summer, learning the hard way that heavy deck items trap water and cause rot. I wanted a “light” deck box that was large enough to store deck furniture cushions, but not so heavy as to trap a lot of moisture and ruin the deck finish.. I DID also purchase 4 plastic “puck” feet to place under it for air circulation. The box has a nice hydraulic arm to keep the lid from slamming/ pinching fingers- and is spacious enough for the chair and settee cushions, plus a leaf blower. It looks very nice, and the “weave” texture compliments the deck furniture we already owned. Very pleased with the purchase!

This deck box is perfect for storing my patio cushions during the of season. They have a place for a padlock to latch the top shut. Easy to put together. Good quality although it is lightweight material. Great for what we needed.

Just what I needed nice storage/patio bench

Very simple to our together and super sturdy and solid. Usually these are a bit light and flimsy and more decorative. I needed something with more utility but that also blended in. Pleaseantly surprised with the capacity and volume inside too. The seat on top is a nice touch but it's a bit high given the side to be as usable and we also liked it's easily lockable with a simple small key lock or code one.

It is nice and large for the price, but the sides are not as sturdy as they should be. The sides are flimsy enough that they have give to them so if you put cushions in it that push at the sides even a little, the top won’t stay shut like it should. You would have to get some kind of lock or u-shaped wire to make it stay in place, as the lock shape does not allow for even a nail or screw to fit into it for closure.When putting it together, the top was also very difficult to ‘click’ into place in order to screw the hinges on. I’m not sure mine are even fully in place and the top kept coming off when I was trying to put it on which made the process frustrating.
