Without a stand will the equipment rub the floor with use this wear out the bands and straps as well mar the floor?

This equipment comes with a rubber mat to lay on avoid moving therefore avoids scratching the floor. The bands do not touch the floor.

It's on the floor but comes with a nice matt.

Where can i purchase the rebounder?

I see the deminsions are 46.6x9.8x18.6. If 46.6 is length, what are the other two? It doesn't look like it's 9" off the ground but 9.8" wide is small.
