Dear Potential Buyer,I am writing this review for the ITD ITANDA DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter. This product is for people who are looking for a simple solution to translate a DisplayPort signal to an HDMI signal. Important note, you will need a separate HDMI cable to utilize this product, as you are just buying the adapter. Although this is a simple product, build quality is still very important. While considering the purchase of this product I noticed the 24K gold plated ports, the aluminum alloy shell, and the durable nylon braided cable protecting the TPE layer that connected the two ports. This product supports resolutions up to 1920x1080 at 60hz and provides great picture quality. I also cannot discount the fair price of this outstanding product. You will eventually NEED one of these!
With so many different gadgets now days you can never have too many adapters. I purchased a projector last year, and it seems every time I want to hook something to it, I need a different type of adapter. This one does displayport to HDMI. It seems well made, works as expected, and sends clear picture/audio. A great addition to our collection as many new digital devices now have displayport output, so you need a way to convert it to HDMI in.

It`s a cable.. It does what it`s supposed to do.. Not sure what else you want me to say.. Does it... cook dinner after work? No.. give me a massage with an Orgasm ? no.. get me High? ... no clean my butt after a healthy dump and provide a Pleasant Flower like Aroma?... no.... It does what it is made to do...

Excellent Quality
I purchased this cable adapter to use between my laptop and my 42 inc Vizio TV/Monitor. Normally that HDMI cable is connected to a spare desktop computer that I use for testing. However sometimes I need to to plug in my laptop which has no HDMI ports. I does however have two Display Ports. I use a bit of Velcro to keep the adapter on the back of the TV when it is not is use on the laptop.

Works great.
I work from home and use a TV with an HDMI cable as a large external monitor. My new laptop has an HDMI port, but it's on the side of my laptop and it gets in the way to have a cable plugged into the side & laying across half of my desk. This adapter allows me to use the display port in the back of the laptop. Working perfect!

Durable cord, not dinky!
This is exactly what I needed to set up a small tv with my computer. It fits nice and snug into my ports and isn't too big like some other cords I have tried. No glitches at all, so it is a great connection. I love how durable the braided line is as well, it is a great quality. The end seems to be a strong aluminum which looks great.

Attractive, durable, just works
These adapter looks great and seems very durable. The cable itself is covered with tough braided cloth and there is a beefy strain relief molded into the ends. Plugged my Dell/Ubuntu laptop's DP port into an HDMI cable and a VGA cable using the appropriate adapter for each, and everything just worked.
