Hello ! Your thumb is not engages. I have arthritis in my thumb and these paddles do not hurt it. Happy swimming !

Q: What size would an 8 inch hand use?

The correct size is determined by the vertical length and the circumference (excluding your thumb) of your hand. A medium paddle is suggested for a 7.25” vertical length and 8” - 9” circumference. A large paddle is suggested for a 8” vertical length and 9” or more circumference. Hope that helps!

商品到着が予定より早く嬉しかったです。子供が使っていてまだクロールと平泳ぎにしか使っていませんがとても気に入っています。キャッチが出来ていないと確かに抜けそうになると言っていましたがそこを意識した練習が出来るのではないかと思っています。
