Will these fit a stihl forestry hard hat?

Yes I believe so if the hard hat has little slides on each side near the ear they should fit very great product

What is the difference (besides price) between these and the lime green pair (black/chartreuse x4p3e) for $29?

looks like the green ones are NRR 21 dB and the black ones (the ones I have) are NRR 31 dB.
