Aside from size and/or scent, what's the difference between these and regular pods? Does this have better cleaning power than regular tide pods?

Yes these pods are larger and the cleaning power is amazing. They are more expensive than regular pods but I feel they’re worth it

Are there any suds in the washer from these pods?

Very little, but that is true of most pods. The clothes are really clean, colors bright and stains and dirt eliminated. Easy on fabrics from my perspective. I have been using 10x pods since they first came out and I am very happy with the results.

Will these work in compact (2.3cuft) washing machines or should I stick with the original Tide?

You’ll find this works well in all machines to provide a deep, hygienic clean even in the case of large loads. Just add 1 pac per load or 2 pacs for very heavily soiled laundry!

Anyone else feel these make your clothes smell musty?

No I haven’t had any problem with clothes smelling musty. I use Affresh cleaner for washing machines every month. I had a front loading washer many years ago and always got mildew. my current top loading washer doesn’t have that problem
