I love the new laptop had an issue with sound but the go help desk comes with it. They fixed it and I’ve had no issues I pay 27 monthly through affirm very affordable. There was no touch screen on the one I got thou

Device works well
The device works well however I didn’t receive my package on time had me thinking it was stolen however it was delivered a few weeks after the delivery date I also reached out to the seller they only told me it was delivered and to make an report to the police then apply for a refund however with the holidays I did not get the time to make the report then it showed up on my porch

Busted trash
It failed to boot after two weeks. HP tech support could not fix it. Internal hardware component failed. Came in a box from Walmart in Ohio. HP wants to take 15 days to mail it back and forth for repairs. It didn't work for 15 days.Avoid like the plague.

Upset about no back light on the keyboard
i KNOW when i was looking for a laptop i stressed backlight on the keyboard -- know it said it had it -- only thing i can think of i9s when I selected "red" it gave me one without -- i really despise deceptive and inaccurate marketing ploys .... Debating about sending it back - though i hate the effort - GRRRR

Touchy laptop
I like the look of this HP Laptop but it's very touchy. Seems if you breath too hard it minimizes the item your working on. I am still learning. I don't hate it yet.

Things I wish I'd known....
Advertised as Windows 10 when in fact Windows 11 is installed. Also, no backlit keyboard - I hope this helps somebody else. Very disappointing HP...
