Daily muscle massage prescription
I'm 5'7" and my experience with this chair has been quite expectional. The massage rollers on the back hit all the way from the lower back to just under my shoulder blades. The neck massager hits the shoulders basically where my neck connects to my upper back. The massagers do a really great job of working out the knots and kinks in your back and upper shoulders. I like that the massager rollers are rounded because they do feel comfortable when pressing against your muscles. There are several different settings which you can choose which setting feels best or works the best at massaging your muscles. The chair is really comfortable to sit in and with the air seat it's like it hugs you inside the chair and gives you a comfortable, stable feel while sitting in the chair. The heated back setting is amazing. Heat just feels good and relaxes your muscles and it works really well when combined with the massage rollers. The seat base has 3 vibration settings but I didn't really care for that sensation on my butt and legs. I just really appreciated the massage part of the chair because I work a manual job and when you work that type of job it feels good to give your muscles a release by massage. As sad as it is to say I feel manual jobs can take a toll on your back at times and with this chair is gives your back comfort and release by working your muscles. I also feel that if you deal with stress or tension in your upper back the massage rollers in that area can help loosen that tension. My husband, who is 6’4”, says that the chair is a little small for him, like he doesn’t use the air seat because he’s a bigger person but the back and neck rollers work well for their intended purpose such as massaging the large part of the back and the upper shoulders but not quite to the neck (too bad the neck rollers couldn’t move up and down like the back rollers). Overall I'd definitely recommend this chair. It's like your daily dose of muscle relaxation and relief.

Surprisingly sturdy, strong, and relaxing.
I was surprised at how high robust this ended up being and how high quality it feels. This thing is a real unit (has serious weight to it) and the amount of functions on it is surprising for such a unit. It has 3 different vibration functions, for one, which pulse in different rhythms to help relax you. The side and bottom have inflatable bolsters which help place you tighter in the right position to benefit the most from the primary massage motors. There's a heat function as well, which feels great. The actual massage portion involved different actuation components for the neck, the back, and the lower back. The main massage function can be controlled piecemeal or in a pre-programmed pattern for a shiatsu massage (how I use it), and the entire pattern itself can be run forwards or backwards for an almost entirely different experience. The only thing id really pay attention to is that the chair you plan to place this on needs to have a long enough seat depth to house the entire bottom portion of the unit. The back has 2 velcro straps to help hold the unit in place. Overall, surprisingly satisfied with this thing. It's heavy duty - no joke - and I hope that its going to last a very long time!

Why did I wait so long?
I've had friends that have purchased these massage guns, I kind have always written them off as something that would be "nice to have" but not a "need". I workout a lot and also have been having trouble sleeping because of some deep knots I've had since middle school (I'm in my late 30's now). It was time to see what the hype was all about. I wanted one that was more compact which is why I chose this style. Wasn't quite sure what to expect, so when I got it, gave it a charge and tried out all of the attachments. This thing works wonders. I've got some really bad knots. This massage gun found the ones I knew I had, and others that I didn't. After the first use, this already helped relieve some of my issues and I slept better. A few minutes every day goes a long way with this. The different attachments are great for different stages of massage. You don't want to start out with the torpedo one that's for sure, I had to work into that one. Either way, it's a great purchase if you don't already have one. So why am I knocking off one start? It should come with a case. If you don't want to keep the carboard and cheap plastic, then all the pieces are loose and if you don't have your own bag you need to keep them together somehow. The other ones I've seen being sold come with a carrying case. For the price, it should be included since this one is more expensive than some of the counterparts on Amazon

Somehow became a rootin’-tootin’ outlaw of relaxation with a remote holstered at my side.
This Comfier shiatsu back massager has no business being this good. I sat down expecting “nice little massage” and instead got *transported to a luxury spa run by very determined thumbs*. The kneading, the heat, the deep-tissue magic—my back filed a formal thank-you letter. But the real star of the show? The little pocket for the remote. Sliding that thing in makes me feel like an old-western gunslinger, calmly surveying the room, ready to draw at high noon… except instead of a revolver, I’m unleashing *maximum lumbar relief*. I’ve never felt so powerful, so relaxed, or so yee-haw about spinal support. Highly recommend to anyone whose back is tired of carrying the weight of adulthood.

Mobile Deep Tissue Massager
Next best thing to a whole massage chair. This is reasonably priced and works wonders. My knots around my shoulder and upper back goes away after multiple uses. I sit all day at work and always lifting my shoulders up to type and so this really helps. I use it about 3x a week to ease my knots. Heat helps tremendously as well. Very portable and light weight so I can move it to whichever room I’d like. Remote is convenient. I’m petite so I do add a cushion at the bottom so that it massages in the right places. Item was well packaged inside the box.
