I purchased the 60 inch tire but when inflated it is only 45 inches. Is it possible that I was shipped the wrong tire?

The 60" tube is item number 25365, marked on the tube. If this is on your tube you just need to keep adding air to let it expand to the full 60"

What is the max weight for the 48in?

I'm not sure, but I'm at 250lb. No problem

What is the mm thickness of the material?

Dunno exactly, but it’s pretty durable. Thick enough to go over some rocks and drift into some tree branches with my fat ass and carry on.
