Fantastic gluten free breakfast cereal that stays crisp in a bowl of milk. Great flavor that's delicate, yet very satisfying. Really good price for the money-saving size, it's a real bargain. I also use the rice chex to make homemade sweet or salty healthy snacks using dried fruit and nuts, then I package it in small individual plastic snack bags that are convenient and inexpensive for brown bag lunches or a late night snack.
