Sounds ok, but better than OEM
They sound ok. Clarity is not all there but they are leaps and bounds comparing to OEM. Definitely worth having 50w amp push all 4 speakers to get the most out of them.

Very nice design...good power and sound quality for the price...I am definitely "NOT" disappointed about my purchase!They sound great in free-air installation..They sound excellent in the Atrend ported enclosures..I have yet to build/buy a sealed enclosure or 2 for the 6x9's..so I can't comment on that part..When I do it, I will update.CM

Terrible qc great speaker
The first set of these I received the tweeter was completely broken off they need to handle these better when shipping them or better packaging. On the other hand they do sound pretty solid for the price these hooked up to a small amp get pretty loud the bass is disappointing but I have my sub to handle all the bass and run a high pass filter on on my speakers these can get pretty loud without distortion nothing crazy but for the price it’s solid and a lot better than jvc or alpines I’ve tried I will say they blow easily don’t run over 50w rms

Exceptional speakers
Ds 18 is a quality brand and has not failed to deliver. The speakers are crystal clear and the bass is exceptional. Easy to install and the look good. I plan on buying a set of twelve inch subs from the same company for my system. Well worth the money and they were fairly inexpensive but very quality made.

not installed yet... will update actually sewn & glued surround. surround feels like decent rubber. feels constructed like a generic 6x9 should...not newer thin junk magnet not huge even with the thick rubber cover & will fit as expected. .... box was pre-opened upon arrival...not installed or messed up in any way tho still looks like brand new
