I am not one to write reviews but felt compelled to share because this product truly works. I've been using other Synchro products for years and have always been impressed by the quality and ability of Synchro to deliver on its product claims. When it came to turmeric anti-inflammatory relief however, I was a bit of a skeptic. I had tried it on and off years ago and found myself consistently returning to ibuprofen. Seeing Synchro released these Gold capsules, trusting the integrity of the brand and being tired of an irritated gut from all the ibuprofen, I decided to give turmeric another shot. For context, I've had two knee surgeries, torn the ligaments in both shoulders, one bicep and one ankle, ruptured a disk in my back and have had a number of other sport related injuries, so I have been battling inflammation a majority of my life. The amount of ibuprofen I was consuming, while helping my joints and muscular inflammation, created a great deal of gut inflammation/irritation. Within one week of utilizing Synchro Gold capsules I noticed a difference and within two weeks there was no longer a need for any ibuprofen. Turmeric was actually working to relieve and manage my chronic inflammation. My gut inflammation disappeared, likely from a combination of the turmeric and ceasing all ibuprofen usage. Not only that, but the relief of my inflammation has without a doubt settled my nervous system and mind. I feel calmer and my focus has improved. I don't fully understand the science, but whatever Synchro is doing to help with the absorption of turmeric, as they are claiming, is working, because this is the first time turmeric has provided any meaningful and lasting relief. Synchro nailed it with this formulation. Grateful to have a product that provides the relief I need without causing the negative gut related side effects I experienced from ibuprofen. I'm a believer - this product works.

I've finished my first bottle of this product. Have to say, it seems like I've less inflammation and pain. I work out 4 times a week and cycle around 80 miles a week. So, something seems to always hurt. For the first week I noticed a little digestive discomfort, but that went away. Only downside is that this can affect the odor of your pee and poop. And I'm not talking about just a little odor. So warn you family and do not, and I repeat, do not fart in public. It could cause a panic if you are in a crowd. Hopefully my body will learn to deal with this byproduct or my nasal receptors my get damaged :)

This stuff is amazing..not after effects and my body knows when I miss a dose. Cannot explain the science or why this stuff is my holy grail but the results are undeniable.

I've been a fan of Synchro and their products for a number of years - including their first Turmeric product, Synchro Gold. It was the only turmeric product that I've tried that felt like it actually *worked* - and so I was delighted to hear about their new formulation / capsules.This product solves the biggest gripes I had with Gold - but keeps all of the magic. Whatever sort of scientific magic they pulled off to get the liposomal extract to work the way it does is present in these capsules, minus the challenge with Gold of negotiating the taste factor.I've been dealing with some auto-immune challenges, and being able to manage inflammation is basically the name of the game. This is by far and away the most essential supplement in my stack for managing inflammation. I take 2x just after every meal, and feel a palpable sense of relief every time. It's markedly different from different powdered turmeric products that I've used before which never quite felt like they were working. With this product, its unquestionable.Deeply grateful to this team for making such an amazing product ... and to the ancient healing properties of Turmeric.

I had high hopes for this product. Really can’t justify taking a pill that causes immediate odd taste and burping. Followed by cleaning out the entire system. Took one pill, 4 weeks apart. No pain reduction, and don’t expect it to have immediate effect, but can not begin to consider continuing taking when having such a strong reaction and company fails to address any of this in their promotion. Probably sending into a lab for testing. Others have noted similar issues. Feels like a scam to me.

Good product but gives me heartburn. Didn't reorder after 2 bottles.

Turmeric is an important nutrient for an aging body. I usually just take one every morning after breakfast. They are easy to swallow also.

Value for money:I wish they still sold the tonic in bottles. These capsules are not effective like the tonic. Very cheaply made and doesn’t work.
