She HATED it, but.....
My massage therapist girlfriend gave me a hard time when I threw this on my counter. "Its not going to work" "I can do better!" "It's cheap plastic!" "you spent HOW much HAHAHA?" She said. But little did she know this little thing turned my tight forearms into noodles. Between racing shifter karts and "POMPING IERN" (in my best Arnold voice), my grip gets quite a workout. There's tightness, there's weakness, there's stiffness and maybe best described as feeling like there's no blood in my arms? Sounds weird, but if you're reading this you probably know the feeling. A few rolls later on each arm, it feels like theres actually blood circulating to my hands. I can, for the first time in a long time, make a TIGHT fist without pain and it makes me so incredibly happy. The strength feeling is back and I feel I could arm wrestle the Hulk himself.... I'd still lose, but I FEEL like I could and that's really what counts, right? Bottom line: 5/5 stars, but I'd give it 6 if I could. Works great for hand and arm fatigue.
Helped quite a bit for my hand issues due to some cervical spine surgery.

intense but very very effective
This is a fantastic tool for self massage, works great on forearms and hands. There is no 'light' setting, so if you are looking for light pressure, this is not the tool for you. Very sturdy, the rollers have different ridges which are helpful for massaging different parts of the forearms and hands. I'm not so sure about the suction cups, I've been using mine by holding it with my other hand.

Can't live without my Releo
This is the best advice I have ever found for relieving the pain from my tendonitis in my elbows and forearms. This does a better job than the massage therapist because I can Target exactly where my adhesions are and where my pain meds the most pressure to back it off. I travel with this machine and I love it. It comes with suction cups which we're a little difficult to slide in at first but I used a butter knife and once they're stuck in there they don't come out so that's great! I stick it to a glass table and I got a lot of pressure out of it. Sometimes I want more pressure and I'll press on the top at the same time with my other arm. I have not found anything else that relieve the pain from my tendonitis like this machine does! This was well-worth less than $60 spent! I will probably buy some for others as gifts.

Not for carpal tunnel or nerve pain
I bought this thinking that it would get rid of mold in my arm that I have from carpal tunnel and from some kind of impingement on my C spine and it just hurts even more. This is not for those who already have a medical problem. I think it's for those that are healthy, but have just the typical muscle soreness from the workouts.

Broke After 2 Months
I didn't even use this item every day and it actually broke after owning it since February. It's been only 2 months and the tightening knob at the top that loosens and tightens the springs broke and it just spins freely now. For the money it seem to work my forearms loose and made me feel slightly better but the results did not relieve me of the pain I've been having in my forearms. But the fact that it broke already without rigorous use is very disappointing. I wouldn't waste my money on this product. It's a poor design.

Perfect..Perfect..Perfect for my Tennis Elbow
This little machine is perfect for my Tennis Elbow. I had tried so many other physical therapy type exercises, wraps and massages and my arm never seemed to get any better. Since I have started using this machine my tennis elbow has improved so much. I have much better use of my arm and much less pain. Simple to use and only need to do it minutes a day or when really needed after a lot of use of my arm. It has not completely healed my tennis elbow as of yet, but it has helped to make my arm once again useful. I highly recommend giving this product a shot. You never know, it may be your wonder machine too. Good luck.

Seems to work as promised for pain but customer service is lacking
We ordered the Roleo on the recommendation of my daughter's doctor. My daughter is a musician and plays the marimba which is like a giant xylophone. She was having a lot of forearm, wrist and hand issues from holding the mallets and hitting the keys -- her ulnar nerve was irritated and it was causing her severe pain, making her fingers go numb, and reducing function in her hand to the point where she could barely hold a pencil to write. Before trying the Roleo, she had gone through about 2 months of physical therapy with very little improvement, so we ended up at a different doctor who recommended this. It works as described - you put it on the table, stick your arm in it, and move it back and forth. The top part is spring loaded and pushes down on your arm massaging the muscles. My daughter did notice a significant improvement after using it a few times - better than anything she had seen from the physical therapist. I think if she used it regularly (like every day after every practice) it would probably mostly cure her problem, but of course she is a high school kid so she is not that disciplined -- she waits for the pain to get bad and then does it. But when she does, it does pretty much immediately help the pain. I will say, though, that I found customer service to be lacking. There is a tension knob on top that is supposed to control the amount of pressure that the spring loaded top is putting on your arm. On ours, twisting that knob one way or the other doesn't seem to change the amount of pressure at all -- maybe a tiny bit, but not really anything noticeable. I didn't know if that was the way that it was supposed to work, so I emailed the email address on the box to ask, but never got any kind of response. I do suspect that ours may be defective but I guess I will never know for sure. At any rate, it is working for her pain and it was a lot cheaper than paying for physical therapy. I would have given it 5 stars if the tension knob worked as describe in the instructions or customer service had gotten back to me. If you are suffering from hand, wrist, or forearm pain, I would recommend giving this a try!

Bought it for my wife for her carpal tunnel. Spring not connected on one side straight out of the box so completely useless. Sent feed back with a photo and never heard back.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but turning the pressure dial at the top doesn't seem to adjust the tension of the springs like I expect it to? Turning it all the way in either direction feels the same in both cases lol. Not sure if I have a defective unit or not
