I am so excited in trying this cold plunge …
At the end of spring before the weather got warm, I did go into our pool with ice cold water and submerged myself in there for about 10 minutes. After I did feel a little relieved from the somewhat cold plunge. I have heard so much about the benefits of cold plunge helping with sore muscles and aches. I am excited in trying this out. After building it, it looks and feels pretty sturdy. I am sure after it being filled with water and ice, it will be sturdier. The plus side of this particular cold plunge bath is that it is fairly easy to set up and taking apart is a breeze which works out for me for storage.

Worth the money spent!
I highlyyyyyy recommend the ice tub!!!My boyfriend & I are both amateur boxers & ice baths are essential to our routine. We only had just a small bathtub until we got the ice tub & it has literally saved our life (& our backs lol) . It is so comfortable & you’re able to get your full body in so you can get the full benefits .It’s so easy to drain & clean .I love that it’s portable & super easy to take apart/put back together so the rest of our team can enjoy it too.

Spacious ice bath.
Been using this for a week straight now and love it. The tub is easy to set up and take down if you need to. Comes with a drain hose to help drain when not using. High quality material that feels like it will hold up to a lot of use. Great product for the cost.

Set this up on the front porch with the hose. Added ice to temp. It's great quality and love the cover to use multiple times before refreshing the water again.Easy to clean, take down, and put together.

A lot more space
You can almost sit straight legged. I’ve bath is spacious, I like the inflatable edge to rest your neck and best of all is the drain valve.

Product OK, price dropped after purchase
The size was actually bigger than I'd thought which is a plus. I don't know why I'd thought the cover would be hard but instead is a plastic soft cover but it does its job. RIGHT AFTER I had purchased it, they came out with a $40 off promotional deal which I couldn't take advantage of which sucked. Overall product seems ok. Price could've been better.
