"Excellent Wardrobe Installation with Friendly Service"
The wardrobe installation was done perfectly—neat, precise, and exactly as expected. The installer was punctual, professional, and very courteous throughout the process. Delivery was a bit late but got good customer support and installation was done smoothly. Happy with the quality of the product as of now.

Too much delay
Installation was done well, though not perfectly as there were alignment problems with the back cover boards, doors, and drawer. I am told that drawer will align gradually on both left and right sides, so let's wait and watch.Major issue I faced was delay in installation. Seller was initially unresponsive and after many followups through my own and Amazon Customer Care, the seller sent the person to install it. The technician was in contact with me but did not come earlier for installation as there was some issue between them and the Seller.Btw, I ordered the item on 19th March and received on 12th April.Not a very good overall experience with the Seller, but giving four stars for the Installation only. The technician was well behaved and did his best but I think there was mismatch in the dimensions of the materials sent by seller for which there were alignment issues.

Terrible Service, Subpar product and Delayed Delivery - Stay away!
The product quality is below average, which I could’ve lived with—but the customer service is absolutely terrible. The wardrobe was delivered after a delay of over a month, and even then, no one was arranged for assembly. Despite repeated follow-ups, they still haven’t sent anyone to assemble it. On top of that, they won’t allow me to return the product either. Very disappointing experience. Poor product, even worse service. Avoid at all costs.
