4/23/25 I have used this once, and it fits exactly sidewise in an Anova container so that the slots are oriented the length of the container. (Rotated 90 degrees with the slots perpendicular to the length of the container, it is an easy fit.) I needed that so that New York Strip steaks can be sous vide lengthwise in the container. It holds steaks very nicely, and I do not have to constantly check that the steaks are not resting against each other, or against the side of the container. If you look carefully at the pictures, you can see that the spacers are actually two-pronged in a "U" to provide a reliable flow of water between steaks even when they are in adjacent spaces. Easy setup. Folds nicely for storage.

I like that the rack’s inner dividers are adjustable. It also has a nice weight so there are no worries about floating. The rack folds and breaks down nicely for storage. The construction seems quite sturdy.

I use this in a pot that is about 7" tall. The rack with the base is a little over 6" tall. The cross bar only passes thru the rack at the top. That means that water has to nearly to the very top to keep the water completely under water. It would be nice if there were more places to attach the cross bar lower down the rack. Other than that problem I really like it. It does not float and unless your food is packed tightly it allows for good water circulation.
