So it's been a bit since I had purchased it and honestly it's a great product for the price. I have 3 dogs so grooming them was costly. But not anymore. It has great suction and the motor is pretty quiet. 2 of my dogs are ok with it but one is a bit nervous when I shave him but he's getting used to it. The attachments are awesome especially the shaver. The hair get sucked up as you go. However I have to use a tiny small battery operated shaver for their little paws as they are chihuahuas and a weiner dog. Very well made and the cup removes easily.

I purchased this product with high hopes, and when I finally gathered the courage to use it, I was not disappointed. Rather, I am thrilled with the results. I have a small dog who hated being groomed because it meant leaving my side. Plus, while I appreciate grooming professionals, grooming is just sooo expensive. I assembled the machine (easy), and was surprised how quiet it was. My dog did not freak out at all. You can easily see when to empty the reservoir, which is a simple process. And clean-up was a breeze. I actually found the home grooming experience enjoyable and relaxing, for both of us! That is, without question, thanks to this wonderful product. Looking forward to being able to trim/groom my dog anytime she needs it, without having to schedule an appointment or pay out any more money. Highly recommended -- give it a try! I truly believe you'll be glad you did!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Thisbis a good little pet vacuum. Works well, attachments are easy to connect adn disconnect. Pets hate it! Ahahaha. It is louder than expected so that is what scares them. But it gets the job done.

My family adopted a slightly older (6.5 years old) double doodle who is not accustomed to grooming. She has high anxiety and taking her to a groomer was simply too stressful for her…but she still needs grooming. I bought this system to try. I’m a complete novice, I’ve only watched a few videos to have an idea what to do.I did as much detangling as I could before starting, and used BioSilk for dogs detangling spray. The vacuum is quiet and has good suction. I used the needle comb and tooth comb first to brush through, I was surprised at how easy it was to use. Then I went over her with the longest clipper guard, which worked well and seemed appropriately sharp, and just went really slow and took a few breaks. She definitely looks a lot better and while she didn’t enjoy it (again she’s not used to it) it was much less stressful and more comfortable for her to have me do this service for her: I liked the attachment selection, the system appears to be good quality. Clean up was very easy. This product is a great fit for my family.

I loved this vacuum and clipper set. You select clipper size. I marked the ones that worked best for later. It was so easy to trim the belly hair, scraggly hair on legs and create an even coat. My long hair dachshund gets rather long hair under her tail. At times, her hair can get matted from her poop. This is amazing at giving a clean cut to the area to prevent that area from getting matted. I was able to use the different vacuum heads for different needs. I used the attachments with suction, the brush head with push button to suction off the hair and the brush accessory for a once over on my chihuahua and couch! The different heads give a versatility to your needs like a full blown haircut, trim, or cleanup of loose hair on pet or furniture. Easy to dump the hair clippings. Aligning the bucket can be tricky but not enough an issue to avoid buying this one. I have put it in my cart several times and pleased to get it. My dogs can be easily spooked on sounds or touching their paws. I felt I had great success on my first hair cut. The clipper did not cut into her under coat. Test you ability on lesser seen area first, like belly or leg. Undercoat hair serves a purpose so be careful. This lightweight device gave a great performance and I loved the different power levels of the vacuum.

Great product! Not too noisy, dogs are pretty good with it. It cleans up easily. The brush is stiff. I would have liked it a bit less. This is an ideal weight for what I need. Easy to use.

I was worried about getting this even though I read the reviews and they were all great. The problem was none of them mentioned anything about Huskies or Saint Bernard's and I have both in one. She sheds a little bit most of the year, but there are a few times during the year she sheds like crazy and I feel the need to take her to the groomers. She is only a year and a half old and just over 80 pounds. The fur in the canister is what it pulled out the first time, I am happy to say that this works for my Husky/Saint Bernard mix, and I am very happy with the results.
