I’m 5’4. 4 weeks postpartum. Weigh 156. Soft mommy pooch belly and wider hips. Ordered the large. I wear a lot of shapewear and these are one of my favorite. At first I thought they would be too tight but once I got them past my hips it molded my body perfectly and they felt comfortable. I have some shapewear that’s so tight I feel like I can’t breathe most of the time I’m wearing them. I do not have that feeling wearing these and with the little cross strapping in the front it leaves a very smooth look. I probably could have purchased the medium but I think they would have left me with that tight feeling. Will purchase these again.

This shape wear was very comfortable wear. You couldn’t tell that I was wearing it under my dress. I wore it for a company party and I also just had a baby in July. Definitely felt like it kept everything in its place. It’s not going to suck you all the way in but it makes a good difference when you aren’t wearing it to when you are. Definitely buy it.

Purchased size large. 5’8” 177lbs. Usually wear a size 10 in Jeans. Yikes! Really tight! I prob should have purchased an xl? It looks like a size medium maybe even a small right out of the package. The tummy action seems to work really well and stays in place. Surprisingly I can still breathe. The shorts part does roll up when I sit. That is super annoying and because of that I probably wont wear them.
