How do I get the pump to work?

Sorry for the inconvenience with the pump. We will make this easier going forward. To unlock pump, gently lift the lotion pump straight upward and then turn the nozzle clockwise just a small distance (think from 12 o'clock to 2 o'clock). If you look closely you can see how the mechanism works and there will be a clear path when the nozzle can be pressed downward.

I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks now and my scalp is severely dry after using the lotion every two days. Can someone explain why?

This helped me for a few weeks but then my scalp flared up really bad, I have literally tried everything and the only thing that works for me is Philip Kingsley flakey itchy scalp, it’s really expensive but gets rid of my dry flaky patches and seems to be the only product to relieve my scalp when it gets really sore, I’ve been using it for years and I’ve never had a reaction to it, only positives, it truly is the best product out there for me.
