Q: Did anyone notice the pacific stream formula is made in china. where is the high prairie formula made. wouldn't trust this made in china.

My high Prairie formula has no made in China indication... Kind of defeats the purpose to send American bison and any continent venison to China for processing

Q: How is this dog food cooked? Is this heat treated? Are the probiotics added after or before heat cooking? Any chance this is freeze dried?

Hello - TOTW here! Our Taste of the Wild dry recipes are not freeze dried, they are cooked at 325°F. Our K9 Strain Probiotics are added to our dry dog food recipes after the cooking process, which would otherwise kill beneficial bacteria. Each cup of Taste of the Wild contains a guaranteed 80 million live, active cultures. Because some nutrients in the food may be affected by the cooking process, Taste of the Wild formulates our recipes to ensure the final recipes meet or exceed both Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standards.
