Nose nugget of Nirvana
Alright, buckle up buttercups, because my life has officially entered a new era of blissful silence, all thanks to this glorious contraption I like to call the "Nose Nugget of Nirvana." Before I encountered this Anti Snoring Silicone Magnetic Device (a name that frankly doesn't do it justice – it's more like a tiny, powerful sleep sorcerer), my husband's nocturnal wood-sawing could rival a lumberjack convention held inside our bedroom. I'm talking seismic rumbles that would make the dog hide under the bed and the neighbors think we were hosting a monster truck rally.Sleep? What's sleep? My nights were a symphony of snorts, a concerto of snores, an opera of… well, you get the picture. I'd tried everything. Nasal strips that peeled off in the middle of the night like rogue Band-Aids. Throat sprays that tasted vaguely of disappointment. Even those chin straps that made him look like a confused baby bird. Nothing worked. I was starting to think earplugs were just a gateway drug to separate bedrooms. Then, like a beacon of hope in the deafening darkness, I stumbled upon this unassuming little silicone doohickey. The magnets looked… well, magnetic. I figured, what did I have to lose besides my sanity and the ability to hear birdsong in the morning? The first night, I braced myself for the usual sonic assault. I even had my noise-canceling headphones charged and ready. But then… silence. Glorious, beautiful, breathtaking silence. I actually nudged my husband to make sure he was still breathing. He was, bless his quiet heart. Now, weeks later, the "Nose Nugget" is a permanent fixture in our nightly routine. It's surprisingly comfortable – my husband barely notices it's there. And the change in our sleep quality is nothing short of miraculous. I wake up feeling refreshed, not like I've gone ten rounds with a particularly loud washing machine. Our dog no longer flees the room at bedtime. And I'm pretty sure our neighbors think we've finally invested in some decent soundproofing (little do they know, it's all thanks to this tiny titan of tranquility). The only downside? I now have to find new things to complain about. My husband's chewing is starting to sound suspiciously loud… but hey, one problem solved at a time, right? So, if you're currently sharing your bed with a human foghorn, do yourself (and your relationship) a favor and get this Anti Snoring Silicone Magnetic Device. It's not just a product; it's a passport to peaceful slumber. Five stars, would give six if I could! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Falls out and did not help open my nose
All these did was fall out of my nose. Four nights in row I woke up to have to find it in my bed. Also, did not help much for breathing at all.

Worth the purchase
So far I feel like this is working for me, as I am waking up more rested, so I believe I am sleeping better and breathing more evenly.

If you want to sleep better and reduce snoring
This device opened my nasal passage better than the Breathe Right strips.

Extremely affordable, discreet sleep aids
I bought these recently as part of an overhaul for my sleep regimen. Turns out that 50-70% of PTSD/cPTSD sufferers struggle with sleep disturbances and other sleep issues. In doing some research, I found that running a humidifier, using nasal dilators and training with a breathing trainer daily can all strengthen bodily systems and improve sleep.I've used these nightly for the past few nights. I may need longer to evaluate effectiveness over time. What I can say is that they're comfortable to wear, small -- I often forget I have one in -- they don't move around or dislodge during the night and were an extremely affordable addition to my sleep routine.I'd say that I've been able to get an extra hour nightly, which, if you're used to getting up more than once, is a marked improvement.
