Works well for low-power devices like chargers, toothbrushes, and laptops. Not suitable for high-wattage appliances despite the 350W rating. Overall reliable if used within its limits

Revised review 5 STARS! After a disappointing first experience, the excellence in their customer service in replacing the item so I could try it again gave me a chance to review the product again. This time it worked perfectly! I only wish I had contacted them while on my trip when it failed the first time as I'm confident they would have helped me get a new product quickly to make my travels seamless! Original review (3 STARS) I wish I could separate customer service rating from product rating when giving stars. Since I can't, I did a middle of the road. Customer service is FIVE STARS! I had to go through the seller and manufacturer for a return as the product failed on a two month trip and I wasn't able to return it in the Amazon window. The customer service team responded promptly and professionally with care. They refunded my Amazon account in full including tax. However, I give the product itself ONE STAR. I really hoped this would be the all-in-one converter I needed for my travels. Unfortunately, it failed after only two weeks of use in New Zealand while just charging my phone and watch. I heard the fan come on a couple of times and wasn't worried about it. Then in the middle of the night, my phone kept dinging as if I was plugging it in and unplugging it over and over again. It appeared to be shorting out or something and by morning was not working at all. I love the idea of the product with the USB and USB-C ports included as well as the voltage converter. I wish it had worked for my trip.

I took this voltage converter to Spain for a two week trip and it worked great! It’s not too big or heavy - the size is compact and perfect! You can sometimes hear the fan noise in it, but it’s relatively quiet. It didn’t overheat too much despite us using all of the plugs at once. You’re able to plug in so many devices and once, which is definitely a plus. My only complaint is that it did not work for a hair straightener as the advertising promises, therefore I’m giving it 1 star less.
