I think it is. It evens out skin tone. You can't wear it during the day, unless you're not going out. It's kind of sticky for a couple of hours. Not good for under makeup. I use it at night. It's very mild, no burn. Hope this helps!

Nothing. Collagen molecules are to big to penetrate the skin. Hyaluronic acid is better. Holds 10 0r more times the moister and you can use with other serums such as vitamin C.
