These gloves are awesome for working out. One of my biggest issues was constantly getting calluses where my rings sit, which usually meant I had to take my rings off every time I exercised. using it from 10days.. good for firm grip and padding is also suitable for weighted and body weight exercise. i got really bad blister from gym exercise after suing this pain is minimal and getting better day by day.
