After 3 kids, being in my early 30s, I didn't expect perimenopause to be such an issue when it came to regulating my cycle but it was. I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE MEDICATION and was recommended this by my doctor. I've been using this for almost a year as a way to regulate my cycle/low progesterone, increase mood and energy, and have been so happy with it. It smells wonderfully, leaves your skin silky soft, absorbs somewhat quickly compared traditional lotions, and easy to use! The ingredients smell great and work even better. IF YOU NEED THE HELP GET THIS!

I'd try anything for hot flashes and night sweats. this really seems to help. small amount twice a day. pleasant smell with no skin irritation. so far so good.

The best thing is the lotion itself does not leave a greasy feel after and absorbs well. It doesn't have a scent, but has it's own smell naturally that is a little off or jsut plain lotion type smell, but it doesn't last long after applying it. I need progesterone to help with my low-progesterone in my follicular phase that induces insomnia, and I can see how the progesterone from the lotion helps me sleep better when I use it even just right before bed, and more so when I use it in the morning and evening!

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the elephant I. The room and that is the labeling. Do you think it’s effective to be the font is smaller than my ex’s future? I can’t see the ingredients so therefore I’m not able to discern if the formulation is correct. What I can see after looking at the listing is the seller is not the manufacturer but I will still hold them accountable. Thinking this formulation is safe for skin is a huge assumption and me being a greasy facey, broke out almost within two days of using this on my face. My hot flashes are still present, so I can’t say it works but then again, it’s only day two. I’m willing to keep trying this and putting it on a different area of my body but definitely not impressed with the labeling. I can barely see the first few ingredients are the “actives” so that tips me off to the fact that the person who crafted this label does not know how ingredients should be listed. It feels somewhat silky, but that’s nothing special and not the mainstay of the product. It definitely left my face greasy. Yeah, it’s easy to apply but so is dirt when mixed with water. Wish this had better efficacy. Will update in a week.

Be VERY CAREFUL when using for the first time. I don't write many reviews, and this may be a great product for some, but after first use I'm having a sever allergic reaction! This is day 2 of hives, redness, and extreme itching. I first put the cream on my neck, just a small amount. On day 2 I was itching, but thought maybe I had dry skin, so used extra lotion (not the wild yam cream). Then, I put the wild yam cream on my forearm. I've taken Benadryl, used Calamine lotion, and I'm in extreme discomfort. My neck & chest are swollen, hot, and so very itchy!
