MAKI YIKA Dark Purple Lipstick Long Lasting Lipstick Non Marking Matte Liquid Lipstick

I am dark skinned and this color is just amazing on me. Its easy to apply and kinda long lasting. Its easy to layer for a darker color and I just love it.

First time trying this, was looking for something smudge proof. Decided to give this a try…instructions did state you can apply a clear coat before applying, I did just that because my lips are always dry and do apply Carmax year round. I went a different route applying a clear coat product. It does apply very easy and once it fully dries apply a second coat which I did not do. Wanted to see how it would work first. I will say the lipstick made my lips sticky which no other lipstick I’ve use never done that. Applied around 9pm and about midnight the lipstick was barely there, I did not even eat anything and the drink I had I used a straw. Maybe the second coat was needed to seal the deal…don’t go out much so don’t know when I could update on the details. The only thing I would suggest is use a second coating, may make a difference. The color was outstanding and with the opposite colors will buy again.

This specific color goes on much darker than expected especially when trying to line your lips to create an ombre look. The smaller applicator is horrible and requires a lot of you dipping it on the larger applicator for more product to completely line the lips. It does stay on a very long time. I was looking for a shade or two lighter than this.
