I started with dirty blonde and a fair amount of grey. After the first use it got a bit lighter than I started with but after a few uses it dyed my brown and grey hair something like a strawberry blonde... I ordered silver/grey...

It is absolutely amazing product. I loved the color and how it blended my grays with my natural hair. Hair is smooth and shining!!! Love it

Dye is Dark Brown not Silver Gray. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I HAD ORDERED A DARK BROWN PRIOR TO THIS PURCHASE AND IT ALSO WAS NOT THE CORRECT COLOR. IT WAS ACTUALLY A REDISH LIGHT BROWN COLOR. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

I would give zero stars, the bottle says silver gray, my hair turned out some kind of blondish brown. Not gray at all. Do not buy.

Not sure if three stars will be my final rating or a little more or a little less. I have only used it once so far, but the instructions are vague. Actually they seem to have been translated and not very well. I am still unsure about this product. I tend to wash my hair every day and not sure if I can do so with this shampoo and cannot find how to ask the seller. Also, the instructions say that gloves, shower cap, scarf and ear muffles are included in the package and they are not. And the instructions also say not wash hair for 48 hours after dyeing and not to cover or TOUCH the areas where the shampoo has been applied. As indicated, I tend to wash my hair daily and how do you comb or brush your hair without touching it? Step 3 also says that for stubborn hair you should repeat the dyeing process until you get the satisfied color result. Not sure if that means repeat the dyeing immediately or after the 28 hours of not washing it or when. Instructions also say apply to dry hair in one place and in another it says to first wash your hair and then wait until dry before applying, but I read that later so I did not wash my hair the morning I used it, just applied it directly to my dry hair. Finally, my hair feels a bit dry after using it. I will try again but I am reluctant as I do not know how often it can be used. Unfortunately, my 30 days are almost up to get free return services. but I want to try some more because if I do get it to work, and if I do get my questions answered, it may be worth it for ease of use. If they had more specific, better written instructions, it would help.
