Yes, but I would then follow up with alcohol or acetone around area that you are going to tattoo. Those take off any oils on the face.

I’m sure you can wash it off in the shower, the only issue I could see with that though, is it may leave a little too much on your face, that’s why it’s so good, it has a lot of moisturizer in it. I just wash my off with a hot washcloth. I can’t express enough how much I feel Ponds is The Best. I always get compliments on my skin, so many people have thought my daughters and I are sisters.
