Hi! We purchased this to control a 3x PTZ camera from a controller with joystick. Was worried about the distance 75’ run. No need. Plugged it in. Works great . Zero issues. Very well made. Quick delivery. Super buy.

I'm having trouble getting this to work, can someone please advice me what else i need to do besides plugging it into my camper and joystick controller? How can I find the camera on my joystick controller? I thought it's supposed to be a plug and play?
