anyone tried with potato skin attached?

Yes, at Thanksgiving to make things quicker I made mashed potatoes using this ricer with the skins attached. The skins stay in the ricer so you need to clean it out every few potatoes or so, but it worked great and was more efficient and kept the taters warm. It works!

Will this remove the skin on food such as beans and peas? I'm hoping to use this to make baby food.

I haven't tried it but I did put potatoes with the skins on and it mashed the potatoes out with no problems.
