Fantastic chair, I love it. Straight forward to assemble within an hour or slightly less with some help, once assembled it's easy to find a comfortable position. Recline option is great and so is the adjustable arm height. It's a bit on the large side but I find this perfect for my needs. I've been using it for long hours for just over a week, obviously still early days but so far it appears sturdy and no squeeky sounds. Although it looks too soft it has a bit of firmness to it but not in a negative way. Lumbar support is excellent. No drawbacks I found so far. Well worth the money.

This chair is absolutely fantastic and built to an incredibly high standard! It’s unbelievably comfortable; right now, as I’m writing this review, I’m fully reclined after watching two entire movies at my desk, and I almost dozed off. The level of comfort rivals the plush leather seats you find in movie theaters. At this price point, it feels like an absolute bargain! Considering it’s a long-term investment, I’m confident it’ll last for years to come. I honestly have one complaint; The office chair seems to be slightly too high for my desk. The armrests are fully adjustable to fit any desk height but like I said the chair itself even at its lowest setting is slightly too high for me. As someone who’s 6’7”, this is hands-down the perfect XL office/gaming chair for me just a shame about the height to desk ratio. The photo I’ve attached shows just how much bigger and better it is compared to my old worn-out chair from a couple of years ago. I will change to 5 stars if the height issue can be resolved by the seller. Update: a new smaller piston was sent, can’t fault these guys. Thank you so much for fixing my issue :) Xxx

would be 5 stars but.. Ordered "new but packaging damaged". When opened at home 1st obvious thing was the screws all being loose in the box (1 screw was missing) but had clearly been opened before, then obvious signs of previous "use" or at least of it being put together prior to use getting it. there were NO instructions in the box - but thankfully a helpful American had done a you tube video which we were able to follow. good points tho - This chair was for my wife who's a tiny thing and she wanted a big chair so she'd be super comfy. to "test" it's weight tolerance me - a rather over sized fella - sat in it.. it was roomy even for me and felt super stable and comfortable so can i assume hold the weight it says it can the padding is excellent it looks excellent and the foot rest is a nice touch which the wife loves over all an excellent chair for the price - but would have been nice if it was actually in "new - unused" condition when we got it.

Now I know this chair is pricey but my goodness it’s worth it. I bought it when it had a £100 off coupon to make it more realistic. I’m a receptionist and my hobbies are gaming so I’m always sitting on a desk chair and my back couldn’t take my cheap gaming chair any more. I love to sit cross legged and I’m a heavy girl (16 stone) and this chair does it all. It looks clean and plush and feels so plush! I’m not tall so obviously this is a little bit too tall for me but the footrest makes it so it doesn’t even matter. I’ve never used a footrest on previous chairs as I’m scared of how flimsy they are. But this chair, now everything is HEAVY and made durable. The metal is metalling. For ease of assembly, it was not the easiest, I’m 5ft with hypermobility and was finding it all a bit difficult however the instructions were very clear. I would say this is definitely a 2 person job as on my own it took me 2 hours. It does not feel like it’s going to break and it’s comfy as anything. If you’re wanting to test yourself to a better desk set up, then get this chair! I’m hoping to see and improvement of my back pain after using this for a while.

It came in a lot of parts so I was really nervous but it was super easy to put together. It is so comfortable, it is the best chair I’ve ever sat in, and whenever anyone comes over and sits in it they don’t stop going on about how amazing it is. I love the way I can be cross legged, and the way the arm rests are padded and padded on the inside too, and the way the chair pads go in a bit so you feel more held and supported. So many things are amazing with it🥰
