Super fun and super skecktcy highly recommend

I live in Finland and bought two decks for our family. My husband and 10-year old son love them and ride a lot. They tell me boards are good quality and lots of fun. They spend endless amounts of time on our small backyard slope practicing curves, small drops, and looking cool in general. They even ordered safety leashes and plan to try an actual downhill skiing place. They skateboard during the summers, and this extends their season to winter. They tell me the boards work nicely in different weather and snow - you just need to adapt the riding style accordingly. They have so much fun that maybe I need to order one for myself too.

I made the employees at the local ski hill jealous when I made the first tracks of the season on this thing. If you're in an area that doesn't have perfectly formed mega jumps, you can make the most out of small hills on this fun toy. It's a beast on groomers and it can handle a few inches of powder. Super easy to hike with and comfortable to sit on when you get to the top. This is a reasonable option for someone who wants to get into snow skating for cheap-ish. I've taken it to the mountain about 20 times this season and it has held up just fine. I weigh ~170lbs. It's gotten me stoked on snow skating enough to want to upgrade to a Hovland.

Works surprisingly well: You can carve in wet, shallow, icy snow. I don't think it would work well in deep powder. Narrow footing (for snowboarders) take some getting used to. Build quality is good.

I bought one last year, but literally had to wait a year to use it. Well it works and is fun as hell! But i quickly started noticing the wood splitting on top and bottom. Wish it had a coating of some sort to prevent that. Id give it full stars, but thats its only set back. And i ended up tying a string to the board, so that it wouldnt fly away once i fell, but the plastic was too sharp next to where it was tied to, so it kept cutting the string. Ill just sand it myself. Juat wish it had better quality assurance. I hope it lasts for the rest of the snow season!

I bought the SLOPEDECK for my 19 year-old son because I didn't want the expense of a snowboard and all the equipment that goes with it such as boots. He took it out last week when we had a big snow. He said he really liked it, and it handled just like a snowboard. He was able to stay on it while wearing regular snow boots.

This board is a lot of fun. It thrives in snow that’s already been packed down or groomed, or really anything between slippery grass and 3 inches of powder. It can carve and get air off of jumps just fine, but other tricks (Ollies, flips etc) are more challenging than on a skateboard. Well made and fun for rookies and seasoned skaters.

I love this board, it is simple, fun and really works. It is well made, it is going to last a few years and is sturdy. It is worth the money.

First I want to say that J was an awesome seller to deal with. UPS had delivered my package to a nearby pick-up location but omitted to leave slip. I contacted J and he took the immediate initiative to track down the package for me. I brought the package home and woah! What a nice craftsmanship of an item it is. Edit: Just got back from the hill near the house and OH MAN! That thing is fuuuuuun. You can carve easily, slide very smoothly.

Je viens de recevoir mon slopedeck et je suis très satisfait. Excellent contrôle en virage et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Il faut que la neige soit compactée pour que ça fonctionne bien. Petite suggestion pour améliorer le produit: j'aurais souhaité que le patin sous la planche soit légèrement plus large.

Vraiment super agréable, on peut vraiment maitriser les courbes (pas comme sur d'autres SK8 des neiges) Les flips passent bien aussi, grace à la hauteur entre la planche et la surface de glisse. Bref je suis Fan.

This is a really neat unit, the plastic base lets you lean into a turn and actually feels like a skateboard on the snow. The base is also slippery enough that you don't need very much snow to use it, which is good as it has been a very dry winter. Not sure how it would work in deeper (more than 2") snow but great for the backyard and sledding hills.
