No decent assembly instructions on the good stuff the bike is amazing great build quality and plenty of videos on u tube to do what you want fully recommend this bike

I’m not a bot, but it all surprised me the product is so cool and good. My only complaint are the instructions and tools to build the bike, they aren’t great and there were delays on shipping but I didn’t mind that as they kept me updated

If you have a problem with this bike don't expect any help from them. My bike failed up a hill miles from home and it came up fail error 05. No help at all an looks like I've gotta go to ombudsmen

I've had poor service from the vendor since purchasing this bike. The front brake caliper is catching on the wheel spokes and has damaged the paint. I've been trying to get this resolved, tried numerous "fixes" that they've suggested but nothing has worked. My request for a new caliper has been ignored so far.

I have had my Rzoguwex S7 for ten months and ridden 750 miles of rough terrain, it is absolutely brilliant and so has the support direct from Rzoguwex. It is an exceptionally fast bike, especially for a standing start. It was sold as a 500 Watt model, but with a 48V battery and a 30A motor driver it can provide 1500 Watts to the rear wheel, it takes off like a fighter jet. The top speed with the display unlocked is just over 30MPH on the flat. The hydraulic brakes stop the bike quickly and the lights are bright with rear brake lights and rear indicators. This is a heavy bike, around 35Kg and with the large, soft tyres, it is nearly impossible to pedal without electric assistance. I get a good days ride from the 25Ah battery and it takes 8 hours to get a full charge. More importantly, even after 9 months Rzoguwex provided full support and parts to get my bike back on the road with a replacement motor which was really easy to change and that got me back on the road really quickly. And all free of charge, brilliant. I also have A Burchda HC26, the Rzoguwex is faster off the line and reaches a higher top speed. The only additions I have made are panniers and mudflats which keep the battery dry along with my boots! It is a brilliant bike, it has pulled me though acres of mud without a single complaint. The only failures are bolts coming loose on the rear disk, and after 9 months the motor failed, hardly surprising with a peak of 1500 Watts of power. I would highly recommend this bike, it is huge fun and a reliable form of off-road transport, I am not affiliated with Rzoguwex and am just happy to report my long-term findings

Ottima bici elettrica, è quasi paragonabile ad uno scooter elettrico. Arrivo a fare 45 km/h. Non mi stanca fare le salite. La cosa fantastica è l'acceleratore che mi permette facilmente svincolarmi nel traffico. Perfetta per come attutisce le buche grazie agli ammortizzatori e buona la tenuta di strada grazie alle gomme molto grandi. PERFETTA

Ich habe gestern mein ersten Tour mit dem Bike gemacht. Mein Fazit der Tour: das Bike ist qualitativ sehr hochwertigfür dieser Preisklasse, fährt sich trotz der breiten Bereifung und das Gewicht sehr leicht sogar ohne Motorunterstützung. Der Anzug vom Motor ist anfangs sanft aber ordentlich. Auch gößere Steigungen waren kein Problem. Beschleunigt sogar, trotz des Gesamtgewichtes 😊 Federung ist stramm, aber für mein 95 KG genau das richtige. Somit sind Unebenheiten absolut kein Problem. Dies wird von dem sehr guten und softem Sattel zusätzlich unterstützt. Akku Reichweite muss ich noch etwas länger testen. Nach ca. 50 km gemichte Fahrweise, reines Motorbetrieb, Unterstützung und ohne Unterstützung war laut Anzeige der Akku immer noch voll. Die Hydraulischen bremsen müssen noch eingefahren werden, aber auch im Neuzstand packen sie kräftig an ohne großen Kraftaufwand. Der Preis für diese Qualität ist unschlagbar. Der Service vom Verkäufer ist sehr gut. Von Hilfe zum Aufbau bis allen Fragen beantworten hat alles super geklappt. Ich kann also mit ruhigen gewissen das Rad und auch den Verkäufer weiter empfehlen. 4.800 km. Das Fahrrad ist super, ich bin schon über 4800 km gefahren, ich pendle jeden Tag 34 km zur Arbeit.Exzellenter Service, die Jungs helfen bei allem online. Wenn etwas kaputt geht, wird es Ihnen aus Asien geliefert, allerdings müssen Sie 10 Tage warten. mehr als 34800 Kilometer zurückgelegt. Aufmerksamkeit!. Das Fahrrad regnen nicht gern. Die Drähte sollten isoliert und vor Regen und Wasser geschützt werden. Alle Kontakte müssen ebenfalls und der Block des Controllers selbst sein. Waschen des Fahrrads nicht . Es wird sehr schlecht für das elektrische System sein. Das Fahrrad ist super. Kümmere dich um die Drähte aus dem Regen und der Steuereinheit - ein Controller und ein Gasgriff !!!! Nach 2000 km musste ich die Reifen an meinem Fahrrad wechseln, sie waren abgefahren. 4800 km – Austausch des Planetengetriebe 35 Zähne Zahnräder + die Kette wurde zweimal ausgetauscht
