Great taste & definitely helps me level out daily! It does have a little bit of powder that trys to settle on the bottom but if you keep mixing it will dissolve & not be grainy at all.

I really like the flavor and that it doesn't have a bunch of sugar or artificial sweeteners and no caffeine! I have it in the evening and sometimes if I am craving something sweet at work. I add it to my iced tea. I am glad to be able to purchase it on Amazon where I can stop the subscription easily, rather than try to contact a random customer service and continue to be charged after cancelling.

I have been taking this supplement drink for a month and half now and I love it! I have dropped weight in the mid-section area, have way less hot flashes/night sweats, and overall mood is much better! I can definitely feel this helping even out my hormones! I love that it’s a drink that I can have each afternoon!

The level of sweetness in the product is ridiculous. Why does a health supplement have to taste like candy. I cannot continue using this so I don’t know if it’s beneficial. Disappointed.

Good flavor, only slight metallic taste at the end of the bottle. Better mood and energy, prevents mid afternoon crash. Individual packets great for on the go. No bloating.

I love everything kiwi strawberry, so out of the few options here, I thought that's be the best. I was wrong. My sister had the same reaction. We both immediately said it was too strong, added more water, then regretted making more to drink. I've gotten a bit used to the taste, but don't enjoy it at all. Not sure of the benefits overall, but I did notice a pretty immediate mood boost and a more regular period than I'd been havingin the weeks after starting use.

Tastes great. Helped with mid afternoon cravings.
