The back of the package says you can put this powder into hot water or just about anything else, including food. It says to use one teaspoon but it doesn't say how many ounces of liquid you may want to put this much into. One teaspoon doesn't sound like a lot but it sure tastes like it. I added this amount to my 12 ounce cup of Oolong Tea. While I didn't mind the added flavor, it did still taste like I put powder in my drink and I had to stir it up before every sip. Because of the 'powdery-ness' it took me a while to drink it all but I eventually got it down. A while after drinking, my stomach didn't feel right. I was nauseated, feeling like I might throw up and go to the bathroom at the same time. I did end up doing the latter, multiple times. I had stomach pain, bloat and overall just felt sick and getting to sleep that night was difficult. Apparently, Moringa leaves have shown to have a laxative effect. I wanted to like this stuff but I don't need help in this department.

I'm used to using teabags for moringa tea, so this is my first time trying out moringa powder. I mixed 1 tsp of powder with a cup of hot water. The powder is sort of a dull green, which I don't know if it's a sign of freshness and quality if the color needs to be brighter. But taste-wise it's similar to using the tea bags, so that's reassuring. The powder is very fine but doesn't fully dissolve in the water and instead settles to the bottom. I've read this is normal and it can be consumed like that or filtered out. I'm sure it would blend better suspended in a smoothie or soup. Overall I'm satisfied with the taste. I appreciated that this powder was organic and didn’t contain any additives. I added a teaspoon to some hot water and it turned a dark green color similar to matcha. I used an electronic frother to mix the moringa powder and water. I added a little honey and then put ice cubes and milk to the drink for an afternoon pick me up! It has an earthy taste that I think would need to be acquired. It did seem to provide me with some energy without any jitters!
