Excellent compact travel plug
Excellent product! Very good customer service! This compact unit suits all my travel needs. Love that it has USB ports and all the plugs fit together in a neat puzzle like package.I’ve used it in 4.different countries and it works great!!

Worked well for the most part
Went to England and Ireland with this adapter and it worked well for the most part. Only downside was my wife's hairdryer kept blowing the fuses in it and it's really hard to find fuses on vacation. Take spare fuses and don't plug a hairdryer into it. Will look for something else next time.

Great set, compact for packing
Worked great for Portugal. I like the little bag that comes with it to keep all the parts contained. I also liked how the parts interconnect and come apart for efficient packing.

Totally useless for US users - does not accept polarized plugs or grounding prongs
What genius designed this converter to market to US consumers? I suppose if you found one of your grandmother's old lamps you want to plug in, or some other item more than 60 years old it might work. Or if you cut off the grounding prong on your plug and cut down the wider polarized plug prongs it might work. This does not accept polarized plugs, which have one prong wider than the other so they can only be plugged in one way. Almost all electrical items produced for the US market since 1962 are mandated to have polarized plugs. I suppose you could use it for the USB ports but you will not be able to use it to plug in a standard US plug. Totally useless - I returned it and got a cheaper one (Hanycony) that has the correct configuration.

a great travel accessory
Recently took a trip to Bangkok and these adapters were so handy! I had gotten one for myself and my wife and they were both put to use everyday. The size is great for travel, even on overnight trips. The only thing I don't like is the size of the provided pouch - it's a little too small. So we just didn't use the pouch!
