This scar gel works great! It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and is easy to apply. I’ve been using it consistently and have already noticed my scars looking smoother and less noticeable. It’s gentle enough for face and body use and a little goes a long way. Definitely a solid option for both old and new scars. I would purchase again!

Excellent Silicone Scar Gel. I had eyelid surgery on 11/18/25. As you can see, I still have some light bruising. So I needed a top notch scar gel. This gel is very effective leaving the scarred area feeling very soft in just a few days. I can't wait to see the results after using 24/7 for 30 days. I feel sure I will have no scar left. I am buying another 1 or 2 maybe more of this stuff. It's amazing.

This is exactly what my surgeon recommended along with scar tape after my Hemi thyroidectomy & tumor removal. It's a non staining clear gel that's very gentle on my very sensitive scar. It absorbed quickly & calmed the red irritated area immediately. I love the gel so far & will post before & after pics after a month or so. The one issue I have is that Americans like the products ingredients clearly listed on the bottle but here they are.. many of these are great for scar reduction they should be proud to list these fine ingredients on the product label Ingredients Water, Glycerin, Allantoin, Retinol, Propanol,Trehalose, Panthenol, Vitamin E (Tocopherol).Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Nitrosin,Methylparaben, Phenoxy Ethanol,Ethylglycerol I wouldn't expose the area to sun due to the retinol but ALL scars should never be exposed to sun for at least a year or they will darken & thicken.
