I bought this oil for the first time when were in Italy. I fell in love with it's beautiful flavor. When I saw that I could get it on Amazon, I could not resist. So thankful. If you are looking for a wonderful olive oil for your special recipes or for dipping this is it!

Slight hint of bitterness due to high polyphenols health benefits with a peppery after taste. Appearance is not a heavy green color. Olive oil quality oil is light and it’s produced 2024-25 and should be consumed by 1/2027. l like the production year and consumption time noted on the back label. Will repurchase. Price is on par with other quality oils.

Very good extra virgin olive oil peppery and little earthy good value for the money

Not exactly what I hoped for but I will use it because it is the real deal, and obvious quality. This olive oil is on the bitter side with a slight peppery aftertaste. I was after a more "fruity" flavor with a stronger peppery aftertaste. It's not bad, just not what I wanted. That said, this company did a fantastic job of packaging so the bottle didn't leak or break in shipping.
